Requirements documents details as below

1. Straight face photo files as .jpg/jpeg/png, blue or white background.

2. Curriculum Vitae.

3. Copy bachelor degree diploma 1 copy.

4. Copy bachelor degree transcript which show graduated date 1 copy.
         - Bachelor's degree transcript and master degree transcript have to convert in CGPA (4.0 scale.)

5. Copy master degree diploma 1 copy.

6. Copy master degree transcript which show graduated date 1 copy
    Or Certification letter which guarantee to expected for graduate the degree 1 copy.
    (In case of waiting official diploma and transcript)

7. Copy identification card or copy passport 1 copy.

8. Submission of English language proficiency test results either TOEFL, IELTS or TU-GET with a score equivalent to 550 TOFEL paper-based and the result is not being older than 2 years at the date of application.
The acceptable English language proficiency test results are as follows:
    - TOEFL (Paper-based) 550 points
    - TOEFL (Internet-based) 79 points
    - IELTS 6.5 points
    - TU-GET 550 points

9. Certification letter for work experiences or recommendation of letter which has 2 referees (need 2 persons).

10. Concept paper related in area Occupational and Environmental Health which you have to develop in program.
